Description
The project is for Shell. Original material products are mesh, angle bar, steel plate and rectangular tube. We fabricate them into fence mesh and post according to client’s drawings.
Fence mesh process are cutting angle bar and welding to frame. Then tack weld mesh and plate on L.
Fence post process are cutting the steel pipe into length, and weld plate on pipe end and body.
All steel plates are cut by laser. To avoid tolerance while connecting plate to pipe end.
Service
While receiving the purchase order from Nigeria customer, we make production schedule as below.
